I'm not really sure what you're asking... You don't really have much control over when the City sends you home and when, if it pulls you back...

I'm askin' what happened when you left. What did you see? Some kind of magic door? A road out?

Each time was different for me. The last time the door to my room didn't lead to the hallway, but back to my world, I was able to put my return off, just to say goodbye to people. But the first time I was just thrown out, without any warning...
